Ingredients:
1 pounds ground meat
1/2 cup finely chopped onion (bawang bombay)
1/2 cup bread crumbs (white and wheat mixture)
1/4 cub chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon greshly grated nutmeg
pinch of cloves
1 egg
1 1/2 bbq sauce (cajun style)

Directions:
Prepare the fire or stove top barbecue.
In a large bowl, use hands to combine meat, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, and all other ingredients. Mix into one big chunk of meat.
Grill the meat, slowly, turning to each side. A little secret: use more white eggs if the meat fall apart.
Then pour the bbq sauce. Voila...easy! Yummy!
